He came across the idea of a funeral cookbook in Thailand, where a person composes a small cookbook before his or her death to be handed out at the funeral. This is a lovely memento of one of the important figures in the 20th century culinary world, we also have in stock several titles by this great man, together with numerous titles from his personal library.  £40.00
